Why we keep earlier versions
A contract question usually depends on what the terms said at a particular moment: when a subscription started, when a renewal happened or when a request was made. Keeping each superseded version at its own dated address settles that question without anyone relying on memory or screenshots.
Archived versions are not edited after they are replaced. Formatting may differ slightly from the original page, but the text is the text that was published.

How to read the dates
Each archived document is named for the date it was published. It applied from that date until the next version took effect. The current version of each document shows its own last-updated date at the top.

What changed on September 24, 2026
The July 30, 2026 versions of the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy were replaced on September 24, 2026. The Terms now list every document they incorporate, including the new Data Processing Addendum and AI Features Addendum, and describe the trial reminder, renewal reminder, cancellation, export and deletion steps in more detail.
The Privacy Policy was rewritten in full. It now explains our role for each kind of data, lists legal bases and retention periods in tables, adds a notice for United States residents, names the regions where core data is hosted and moves the sub-processor list and cookie details to their own pages. The Acceptable Use Policy now sends security reports to a dedicated security address.

Which version applies to you
The current Terms of Service applies to your use of Flowboard today. If you are looking into something that happened in the past, the version in force on that date usually governs. When a change affected your rights, we emailed workspace Owners before it took effect.
