How does billing work?

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use PostgreSQL with row-level security, and your workspace data is fully isolated.

What happens when the trial ends?

Your card is charged on day 15 and your workspace carries on exactly as you left it. We ask for your card at signup, but you are not charged during the trial, and we send a reminder email with a cancel link 7 days before your first charge. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never billed.

The 14-day trial is your evaluation window: try every feature before you pay. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime; that stops all future billing, and you keep access until the end of your current paid period.
