Monthly billing is $39 for each paid team member per month. Yearly billing is $390 for each paid team member for the year, equivalent to $32.50 per month. A ten-person team costs $390 per month on monthly billing, or $3,900 billed for a year. Twelve monthly payments would total $4,680, so yearly billing saves $780 for that example. Separate internal members from client users
Paid seats are for the team members who operate the workspace. Client users have a separate, scoped portal experience and are free and unlimited under the current offer. That distinction lets you involve clients without treating every reviewer as a paid internal contributor. Choose the projects, files and conversations each client can see, while keeping internal cost rates private.

When one plan is the wrong fit
Per-member pricing suits agencies whose team works on client delivery every week and wants the commercial record next to that work. It is a weaker fit if most of the people involved only need to view a task list occasionally, or if a single free board already covers how you work. Client reviewers do not count, so a small team serving many clients pays for its own members only.
Flowboard runs in the browser. There is no native mobile app and no Gantt view. It does not replace accounting software, and it will not produce the design, code or video your team delivers. If any of those are central to how you run projects, keep the specialist tool alongside Flowboard or choose a platform built around that need.
